If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. We are a small business and can not issue refunds to initial method payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice.)
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-gift card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. The E-Gift Card never expires.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit or stolen/lost packages after tracking shows delivered. Please contact USPS or UPS for lost or stolen packages.
